Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional company, quantity, message, optional planning inputs and uploaded files. The site team uses these details to review and respond to your project request. Do not include information you are not authorized to share.
Inquiry storage and access
Inquiry records and attachments are stored in the WordPress database. The custom inquiry dashboard and file downloads require site administrator access. Administrators can export inquiry records as CSV. Hosting administrators and backup systems may also have access as part of operating the website.
Technical information and spam prevention
The form uses a short-lived validation token, an empty-field check and a rate limit. A keyed hash of the supplied email and network address is used for temporary rate limiting. The hosting platform and existing security or statistics services may process technical connection information. WordPress login cookies are used for authenticated site administration; public planning tools do not require an account.
Files and browser tools
The BOM CSV checker processes the selected file in your browser and does not upload it through that tool. Files chosen in the inquiry form are uploaded only when the form is submitted. Cost planning inputs can be kept in the current browser tab session to carry them into your quote request.
External websites
Links to external websites follow those sites’ own privacy practices. The optional PCBSync link on the confirmation page does not automatically transfer your inquiry or design files. No GA4 integration or SMTP notification is currently configured for this inquiry system.
Requests and retention
Contact the team to ask about access, correction or deletion of inquiry information. Provide enough context to identify the request without sending additional sensitive information unnecessarily. Retention and deletion may depend on project records and applicable obligations; ask the team for the retention period that applies to your engagement.
